Pamela Lambert is a transactional attorney practicing in the firm’s corporate and securities group. She assists a wide variety of clients ranging from emerging growth to mid-market companies and the venture capital funds investing in those entities.
Her practice focuses on corporate transactional matters including entity formations, investment fund formation, corporate governance, securities compliance, licensing and intellectual property matters, commercial contracts, private financings, dissolutions and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment reporting requirements in the US, and related corporate operational issues.
Pamela received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2015, where she received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Award and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program. Before practicing law, Pamela worked as a corporate and securities paralegal with Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP.
