Infotech Enterprises signs definitive acquisition agreement with Time To Market Inc. (September 8, 2008)
Infotech Enterprises, a publicly traded Indian company, acquired Time to Market (TTM) and its Indian affiliates for an undisclosed amount. Royse Law Firm represented Time to Market in the transaction. TTM is an ASIC design and embedded software services company servicing semi conductor manufacturers, and has 40 engineers in San Jose and another 80 in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Google.org makes its geothermal play with investments in Altarock, Potter Drilling (August 19, 2008)
Google made a $4 million dollar investment in Potter Drilling. Royse Law Firm represented Potter Drilling. a drilling technology company that seeks to lower the cost of Engineered Geothermal Systems in order to make geothermal energy a more viable source of energy.
Focus buys Wespac RIA (July 28, 2008)
Focus Financial of New York acquired Wespac of Oakland. Royse Law Firm represented Wespac and its affiliates. Wespac is a registered investment advisor and benefits administrator that has over $1 billion in investment advisement. Focus Financial has over $29 billion in investment advisement.
NTR buys $100 million interest in Stirling Energy Systems (April 18, 2008)
NTR, an Ireland based company, has invested $100 million in Stirling Energy Systems (SES). Royse Law Firm represented SES, a solar thermal energy company with nearly 40 employees based in Arizona. With this investment SES will be able to add up to 100 more employees and expand its operations worldwide.
TBL Capital Invests $1.8 Million in Series A Equity Round in NUMI Organic Tea (April 14, 2008)
TBL Capital invested $1.8 Million in NUMI Organic Tea in order to fund the company’s expansion into new markets. Royse Law Firm represented TBL which focuses its investments in consumer products, service providers, software, clean technology, green building, health and wellness, and retail.
BenefitStreet Sells Subsidiary (April 8, 2008)
Benefit Street sold its advisory and administration subsidiaries to Benefit Plan Services. Royse Law Firm represented the buyer in that transaction.
