FX Labs acquired gaming portal Knibble.com. Royse Law Firm represented Interactive Media Technology, the owner of Knibble.com. FX Labs is the leading end to end gaming company in India. It supplies gaming products for both India and the world market.
BlueLithium has been acquired by Yahoo! (October 15, 2007)
Yahoo acquired Blue Lithium for an undisclosed amount. Royse Law Firm was special counsel to Blue Lithium, a provider of AdPath Behavioral Targeting and Selective Inventory Partnership.
Greenhouse Capital Partners Closes First Fund (October 8, 2007)
Greenhouse Capital Partners, a seed stage venture capital firm closed its $11 million fund targeting clean tech and other emerging companies. Royse Law Firm represented Greenhouse Capital Partners which invests in companies prior to their venture capital stage. Greenhouse Capital Partners is based in Sausalito, California.
